The Boulders 508 is a three-bedroom penthouse located in Ballito, a quaint bustling town along the warm Indian Ocean coast of KwaZulu-Natal. It is a corner unit on the fifth floor, airy and light, furnished in a beach house-style with stunning views over Granny's Pool and the warm Indian Ocean.

The penthouse sleeps seven people in three bedrooms. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and magnificent sea views. The second bedroom offers two single beds, while the third bedroom sleeps three and contains one single bed and double bunk beds. There is also a separate bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, basin, and a built-in vanity area. Linen and duvets are provided, but guests are required to bring their own beach towels and umbrellas. Bath towels are available on request at an extra charge.

The open-plan kitchen, dining room, and lounge area is sunny, with the kitchen fully fitted with a stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and cutlery and crockery to serve eight people. The lounge and dining room have two sliding doors that lead onto a large balcony with panoramic sea views. There are two sun lounging chairs and a second, large patio table with six chairs. The living room is equipped with a TV, DVD Player, and DStv. All rooms are fitted with ceiling fans.

Entrance into the complex is controlled by means of electric gates, with undercover parking for one vehicle and open parking available for visitors and trailers. Daily floor service is included. There are two lifts in the complex, and guests can enjoy braai facilities in a lovely garden at the communal swimming pool. The property does not accommodate Rage, hen/stag or similar groups, and no one under 21 years old is allowed without a staying adult responsible for any breakages. No prohibited substances or drugs are allowed on the premises, and Body Corporate Rules need to be adhered to at all times.
