A beach flat located on the first floor in a whale-watching paradise, directly facing the breakers. The fully furnished and equipped unit can accommodate four people, with an exception of six. It features a separate kitchen and lounge area equipped with amenities such as a stove, microwave, refrigerator with deep freeze, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and a safe for valuables as well as an empty cupboard for groceries.

The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, hot blanket for winter, a fan, and an en-suite toilet with basin. Additionally, there is a separate small toilet with a hand basin and a bathroom featuring a shower and a small bath for babies. The second bedroom, sea-facing and opening onto the lounge area, is equipped with a double bed with a hot blanket and two steeple beds.

The lounge area offers a view of the sea and includes an indoor braai, MP3 player, radio, and a TV with 70 DStv channels. A sliding door leads to a large deck with a braai drum and a view of the breakers in front. Parking for a boat and a vehicle is available, and a cleaning fee is applicable. Free Wi-Fi is also provided.

The narration invites guests to relax and enjoy time away from their busy schedules by strolling along the tranquil beaches or exploring the unspoilt Breede River mouth, famous for fishing, birding, and whale watching. Guests can sip sundowners on the deck overlooking the incoming tide or relax around the fireplace with hot chocolate. For those seeking adventure, activities such as kite-surfing, quad biking, mountain biking, or 4x4 trails are available.

The host welcomes all bowlers and offers to pay the visitor's fees for the first day. A cash deposit of R800 for remote and breakage is required upon arrival and refunded immediately upon departure.
