The Concierge Boutique Bungalows is a hotel built on the site of eight heritage-listed buildings from the 1920s. While the facade remains from that era, the interior features modern luxury with a distinctive, quirky style. The hotel is located in a cool, leafy courtyard which also houses the Freedom Cafe.

The Concierge Boutique Bungalows has four bungalows, each with three rooms featuring different design variations, custom-finished furniture, and shower areas being soaked in warm jungle rain. Some rooms have verandahs, while others overlook the courtyard.

Freedom Cafe was originally conceived as a small, relaxed restaurant adjoining The Concierge. Over the years, it has become the heart and soul of the hotel, offering brilliant breakfasts, lazy lunches, and Summer Splash Mocktails, serving as a veritable oasis.
