The Country Guesthouse is situated at the foothills of the Helderberg Mountains. It offers views across the winelands and towards False Bay at Cape Point. The imposing mountains rise on the far side of the Family Suite, framed by two ancient Oak trees. Despite its scenic setting, the guesthouse is only 15 kilometers from Stellenbosch and 12 kilometers from Somerset West.

The surroundings feature vineyards and trees casting dappled shadows as they sway in the breeze, while squirrels gather food for later consumption. The accommodation comprises 10 rooms, including the Manor House and several independent suites and cottages overlooking the vineyards, gardens, and a dam. Rates include a full English and continental breakfast, as well as a selection of Twinings tea and ground coffee.

The winelands restaurant, 96 Winery Road, is located on the premises, offering guests a superb dining experience in a warm and relaxing venue. The Family Suite has two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and a single bed, private patio, lounge, and kitchenette.
