The Duke's Manor

The Duke's Manor Guesthouse is a stately establishment overlooking the undulating greens of Koro Creek Golf Estate, situated in Modimolle, Limpopo, approximately 23 kilometers from Bela-Bela (Warmbaths). The manor is adorned with rich colors and textures throughout, featuring high ceilings, decorated cornices, gilded framed mirrors and pictures, fine embellishments, and ornate light fixtures.

From the entrance hall, a curved staircase with iron-metal balustrades leads to the upper level, which houses a full-size billiard room, bar, lounge, and conference rooms for business meetings. Each of the six bedrooms is spacious and individually furnished with an array of antiques, glittering chandeliers, and fine linen. The en-suite bathrooms are designed for ultimate luxury and comfort, complete with heated towel rails, designer baths or showers, and porcelain basins.

All bedrooms are equipped with wall-mounted televisions sets with DSTV Bouquet television channels. Translucent curtains allow natural light to fill the rooms, while heavy brocaded draperies ensure total privacy. Wrap-around balconies and terraces on both the upper and lower levels offer ample opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. The guesthouse can accommodate small, intimate weddings with 20 to 25 guests.

The property features a beautiful honeymoon suite with a fantastic bathroom, including his and hers showers, an outdoor shower with a skylight, a spa bath, and a separate toilet. The suite is a dream room, beautifully furnished and very private. Additionally, the Koro Creek Golf Course is located nearby.

One of the rooms is cheery and light, with plenty of natural light suitable for activities such as reading. The room is large and opulently finished, featuring a collection of delightful Elizabethan antiques. It is equipped with double beds, M-Net television, and a private bathroom with an en-suite shower.
