The Fever Tree Guest House

The Fever Tree Guest House is situated on the outskirts of Hluhluwe, in the heart of Zululand, in northern KwaZulu-Natal. This small town is located between the iSimangaliso Wetland Park and the Hluhluwe-iMfolozi Game Reserve. The name was derived from the beautiful fever trees that are prevalent in the area.

On this property, where all vegetation is either indigenous or edible, the establishment offers a service that combines comfort and style with an ecological consciousness. The Fever Tree Guest House features four creatively decorated rooms with beautifully fitted en-suite bathrooms. The guest house provides the customary coffee and tea making facilities, along with an earthy-African ambiance designed to make guests' stay as pleasant as possible.

All rooms are equipped with remote-controlled televisions with six channels, including M-Net and selected DStv channels, ceiling fans, air conditioning, and towels. Three rooms have private entrances and small kitchenettes. Guests have free access to the splash pool. The dining and reception rooms open onto the beautiful garden and swimming pool, while the lounge and other rooms offer a view of the front garden. The property features abundant birdlife, so guests are encouraged to bring binoculars for potential sightings.
