The Green Gate, 9 Seagull Drive, Zinkwazi Beach

The Green Gate is an upmarket home located at 9 Seagull Drive, Zinkwazi Beach. It offers great sea views and is located in a lush garden meters away from the main beach. The house is large and spacious, with sea views and excellent amenities.

Built in an L-shape around a beautiful pool with a net, making it perfect for a family holiday. The house is accessible directly from the car park onto the main beach or via a wooden walkway to the lagoon and ski-boat club.

The house features a wide, covered veranda wrapped around it, furnished with outdoor furniture. The living area and all bedrooms open onto this veranda overlooking the pool and ocean. Inside, there is a large open living area comprising a lounge, dining room, kitchen, and table tennis space. The well-equipped kitchen includes a microwave, fridge/freezer, all cutlery and crockery, a hob, oven, and dishwasher. There is also a separate scullery.

The property is secured with fencing, an electric gate, alarm, beams, and armed response. It offers enclosed and open parking within the fenced area. Wi-Fi is available, and an active DSTV card and decoder are provided. The house is serviced, and a service charge is levied for the maid. Braai facilities include a Weber grill.

While there is no on-site washing machine or tumble dryer, the Green Gate supports a local small business, Dobie Wallah Launderette, where guests can arrange for up to 20kg of laundry per week to be done on the house account during their stay.

The house can accommodate up to 15 guests (maximum 12 adults) across five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. All rooms have mosquito nets and ceiling fans. Linen and towels are provided, but guests must bring their own pool/beach towels.
