"The Griffins", 78 Nkwazi Drive, Zinkwazi Beach

The Griffins is a property located at 78 Nkwazi Drive, Zinkwazi Beach. It is situated directly opposite the main beach entrance, offering easy access to the sea and sand. The property features beautiful views and an upmarket, spacious, and secure environment.

The house is well-equipped with various amenities, including one outside staff member, the option to rent a maid for inside services, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV for DSTV streaming. Security measures are in place, such as an alarm system linked to armed response, gated and walled perimeter, security gates, and guards on windows and doors. There are two lock-up garages and secure off-road parking for three additional cars.

The property features a beautiful blue pool with a cover, a large gas braai, a built-in charcoal braai, and a small gas braai. Additional facilities include a generator (with one tank of petrol supplied), rechargeable lights, a Nespresso machine, and 20,000 liters of backup water.

The interior of the house offers an open-plan lounge, dining room, kitchen, and scullery, providing ample space for a large group. At the front of the house, there is a covered area suitable for enjoying the view or al-fresco dining.
