The Happy Cactus

The Happy Cactus is a very spacious house that can accommodate up to 12 guests. It is located in the old part of Yzerfontein and is centrally positioned in relation to various amenities, with a walking distance of less than three minutes to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The house comprises six bedrooms in total.

The house has three en-suite bedrooms, two of which are situated on the ground level. One of these ground-level rooms is wheelchair-friendly. The remaining four bedrooms are located upstairs, with the main bedroom featuring a balcony that overlooks the beautiful natural fynbos vegetation. The main bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with both a bath and a shower. The other three upstairs bedrooms are very spacious, with two of them having queen-sized beds and one having two single beds. These three upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower.

The living area is open-plan and includes a fully equipped self-catering kitchen, as well as a lounge area with a TV and DStv (Digital Satellite TV). The living area opens onto a partially covered stoep (patio) that has braai (barbecue) facilities. The house is surrounded by natural fynbos vegetation on two sides, making it an ideal location for early morning bird watching.

The Happy Cactus is equipped with various amenities, including free Wi-Fi, off-street parking, a hair dryer in the main bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, fridge, juicer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, TV, DVD player, CD player, indoor braai, outdoor braai, and bath towels for up to 12 guests.
