The Ibis Lounge

The Ibis Lounge is a lodging establishment located in the Karoo region. It offers three accommodation rooms: the Karoo Room, the Amore Room, and the Happy Room. The establishment prides itself on providing true Karoo hospitality.

All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, DStv (a digital satellite television service), and coffee-making facilities. During the summer months, guests have access to a private swimming pool, and towels are provided. The property features a large stoep (veranda) with a fire pit and a walled garden that offers privacy.

The Ibis Lounge is open for meals for guests and has a diverse menu that includes burgers, pitas, steaks, pasta, and curry. A variety of coffees are served, and all baked goods are created on the premises. A roast is served on Sundays.

The establishment has a shop that stocks a range of funky, fresh, and stylish items with a Karoo theme, such as windmills, donkeys, barbed wire, and owls. All goods are sourced from South Africa and are of high quality. These items are quirky, individual, and handmade by artisans to be treasured.

The Amore Room is the room of love, decorated entirely in white, with a double bed featuring a love headboard. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, a heater, and heated towel rails. The room is equipped with a fan, an electric blanket, and other amenities.
