The Icon Foreshore Luxury Apartments offer accommodation in a prime location near the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) and within walking distance of the V&A Waterfront. The apartments come equipped with amenities such as unlimited Wi-Fi, access to Netflix, air conditioning in the lounge area, a swimming pool, and a fully-equipped gymnasium.

These spacious apartments are designed for both short and long-term stays, with generous discounts available for bookings exceeding 28 days. The apartments feature well-appointed kitchens with washers, microwaves, hobs, ovens, and essential cookware. Guests can enjoy their meals in the cozy dining area or unwind in the lounge area with a large couch, separate chair, coffee table, and a 34-inch smart flat-screen TV.

The apartments offer a stable and reliable internet connection with speeds of up to 20 Mbps, which can be upgraded to suit individual needs. This makes them suitable for remote work or video conferencing. While the home theater speakers shown in the lounge photo are no longer available, air conditioning in the lounge and a fan in the bedroom ensure maximum comfort.

The bedroom features built-in wardrobes, a king-size bed, bedside tables, and lamps, as well as a fan for hot summer days. The bathroom includes a large bathtub, separate shower, basin, and toilet, with dual access from the bedroom and apartment hallway. Guests can step out onto the Juliette balcony from the lounge area and enjoy the fresh air. Each apartment comes with a designated secure parking space accessible via the elevator.

As self-catering apartments, guests are responsible for replenishing supplies such as toilet paper and soap if needed. A Clicks store located opposite the Icon offers a wide range of toiletries and cleaning products. The apartments are cleaned, and towels and linens are replaced every 8 days for shorter stays, or once a month for long-term guests who receive exceptional discounts. Additional cleaning services are available for an extra fee.

Guests are kindly requested to conserve electricity by not leaving the air conditioning on overnight or when not in the apartment, as the air conditioning is only available in the lounge area.
