The Karoohuisie

The Karoohuisie is a rustic accommodation situated on a separate small holding next to the main guest house. It can accommodate up to five guests with one king-size bed and three single beds. There is a TV room and an equipped kitchen featuring a stove, microwave, fridge, dining table, and coffee/tea facilities. The main bedroom has air conditioning, and there is a bathroom with a shower and bath. DSTV is available, and there is a stoep with braai facilities and a garden. Guests can access the communal swimming pool at the main guest house to cool off after a long journey. Pets are welcome, and the property is fully fenced. A fee of R75.00 per dog/cat applies.

The Karoohuisie is located in Bethulie, a town situated approximately in the center of the Republic of South Africa, in the Bo-Karoo region of the southern Free State. It is situated on the northern banks of the Orange River, at the start of the Gariep Dam, and is approximately a 90-minute drive (185 km) south of Bloemfontein. This charming little farmhouse is in the heart of Bethulie's Rooidorp, situated on a large plot. The house offers two bedrooms, one with a double bed, three single beds, and a TV room off the kitchen. There is one large bathroom.
