The property situated at 53 Nkwazi Drive, Zinkwazi, houses two rentable units, The Lagoon Flat and The Boat House. It is located on a spacious, lagoon-front property and provides direct access to the beach and lagoon. While it is not possible to launch a boat from the property, guests can use the formal lagoon launch site and moor in front of the property if the lagoon is full enough. The property offers lagoon and beach views and shares a pool (not netted), with pool furniture supplied.

The Lagoon Flat is a cozy unit suitable for a smaller family. It is serviced daily and provides all linen, bath and beach towels, a flat-screen TV, and DSTV is included. The property is well-secured with fencing, gates, and beams. While there are no garages, secure parking within the gates is provided. Laundry services can be arranged with the on-site staff, with a levy charged.

The Lagoon Flat features an open-plan lounge, dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave oven, stove, fridge/freezer, and all necessary cutlery and crockery. There is a small balcony overlooking the lagoon, furnished with outdoor furniture and braai (barbecue) facilities. The unit has two bedrooms: the main bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with three single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, built-in cupboards, and hangers. The bedrooms share one bathroom with a shower, basin, and bath, along with a separate toilet.

The Lagoon Flat is not suitable for individuals with mobility issues or difficulties climbing stairs or steep walks. Small children must be closely supervised around the pool and lagoon edge. It is important to note that the property does not accommodate groups of adults or any functions, catering exclusively for "nucleus" family holidays. No pets are allowed on the premises.

Additional charges apply, including a daily maid levy of R250 and a refundable breakage deposit of 10% of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500. During peak season (December and January), minimum stay requirements may vary, and bookings that include Christmas and/or New Year may have specific minimum night requirements. Shorter stays before and after the peak season (minimum of 5-7 nights) may be considered once the owner has secured their primary bookings.
