The Little Cottages

The Little Cottages provides self-catering accommodation situated in a peaceful working-class neighborhood near Midmar dam and the Midlands Meander route, an area celebrated for its artisanal craftsmanship, historical significance, and stunning natural landscapes. The accommodations are thoughtfully designed to offer bright, serene spaces with comprehensive amenities including fully-equipped kitchens, fresh linens, and towels.

Hygiene standards are rigorously maintained, with thorough sanitization of all surfaces, including countertops, tables, taps, and light switches before each guest check-in. Guests are provided exclusive access to their cottage and private courtyard during their stay. The property's swimming pool is temporarily unavailable due to renovations, and when operational, requires careful supervision of children due to the absence of safety barriers.

The property features two friendly dogs and a sociable cat. While measures are taken to keep the dogs separate from guest areas through interior gates, the cat may occasionally venture into the cottages, though guests are welcome to guide it outside. The establishment offers comfortable outdoor spaces, including a stoep and braai area for guests' enjoyment.

The accommodation consists of a two-bedroom cottage, featuring a main bedroom with a double bed and a second room with twin single beds. Additional sleeping arrangements include a pull-out single bed and a day/sofa bed in the lounge area. The unit is complete with a kitchenette and full bathroom. While the cottages are serviced before and after stays, additional cleaning services during the stay can be arranged upon request.
