Fancourt's original homestead, built in 1859, has been rejuvenated with the new luxury boutique hotel, The Manor House. It is set among 613 hectares of lush countryside, with the Outeniqua Mountains as its majestic backdrop. The Manor House offers guests both natural beauty and supreme luxury. Its combination of Old World charm and contemporary comforts provides guests with a memorable and special experience.

The Manor House at Fancourt has eighteen luxury suites offering personalized, butler-style service. There is a master bedroom suite comprising two bedrooms, four grand suites, and thirteen luxury suites. The rates for The Manor House include airport transfers, no check-in or check-out times, daily breakfast in any location within the Manor House, including in-room dining, and daily afternoon tea in the garden lounge. Guests can make use of the 24-hour in-room dining while surfing the complimentary wireless high-speed Internet.

Luxury bath products by The White Company are included in the complete package, such as luxury bathroom amenities including loofah, honey pod foam bath, dusting silk shaker, link rollers, shoe horns, and a spa sampler. The rooms are equipped with a fully-stocked complimentary refreshment centre, five complimentary liquor decanters for the duration of the stay, daily local and international newspapers of choice, and current magazines. Fresh flowers are placed in the rooms daily, along with evening canapu00e9s and a glass of sparkling wine.

In-house pressing and shoe-shine services are available. A complete 24-hour on-call butler service is provided to assist with car rental, secretarial services, theatre and sports tickets, restaurant reservations, beauty and health requests. A luxury courtesy car is provided within a 10 km radius. The room comprises an open-plan lounge and dining room, a bedroom with twin or king-size beds and plush king-size pillows. The total floor space is 73 square metres. The bed is decorated with Egyptian cotton sheets and a 400 count wool throw. The luxurious bathroom comprises no less than 30% of the total floor space, with a walk-in dressing area, a freestanding bath and separate glass-enclosed shower, as well as a double sink vanity. The room has a balcony that overlooks the green surroundings.
