'The Nest, 42 Panorama Drive, Zinkwazi Beach' offers a magnificent 180-degree sea view, and has a covered bottom veranda, an open sun deck, and a top balcony off the bedrooms. It is suitable for a smaller family. The amenities include a swimming pool (not netted), an invertor, DSTV, Wi-Fi, and braai facilities. It can accommodate up to six people in three bedrooms, serviced by three bathrooms. While the property is not serviced, a maid can be rented from a local cleaning service. All linen, bath, and beach towels are provided.

All bedrooms are equipped with large built-in cupboards, clothes hangers, and air conditioning. The property is secured by beams, armed response, an electric gate, and it is fenced. Parking is available within the property, but there are no garages. Small children must be supervised at all times.

The downstairs area consists of an open-plan living area with a lounge, dining room, kitchen, scullery, and bathroom. The living/entertainment area leads to a spacious patio with furniture, the pool (not netted), and a shielded braai area. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, eye-level oven, double-door fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and all necessary cutlery and crockery. There is a separate scullery with a tumble dryer and washing machine.

Upstairs, there is a TV lounge with DSTV and a portable air conditioner. The bedrooms all open up onto a large deck, which is furnished and offers great views. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed, DSTV, and a TV, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet. The second and third bedrooms have two single beds each, sharing two bathrooms: one with a bath, shower, toilet, and basin, and another downstairs with a shower, toilet, and basin.

Groups of adults are not permitted, and the property caters only for "nucleus" family holidays. No functions of any kind are allowed. Pets may be permitted by arrangement and subject to the owner's approval. An additional charge of 10% of the accommodation cost, with a minimum of R2500, is required as a refundable deposit in case of breakages.

During peak season (December and January), minimum stay requirements apply. For stays including both Christmas and New Year, the minimum stay is 10 to 14 nights. For stays including only Christmas, the minimum stay is 7 to 10 nights, ending no later than December 27th or 28th. For stays including only New Year, the minimum stay is 7 to 10 nights, not starting earlier than December 27th or 28th. Shorter stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 nights) may be considered once the owner has secured their primary booking.
