The Palms Suites

The Palms Suites offers non-smoking, luxurious and comfortable accommodation in two uniquely appointed suites, which are graded as four-star Bed and Breakfast establishments. They are situated in the upmarket Northern Suburb of Plattekloof in Cape Town and enjoy spectacular views and a central location within the larger Cape Town area, providing quick and easy access to various attractions, amenities, and highways, while being far enough away to avoid disturbing noise.

The suites are located within walking distance from several good restaurants, shopping facilities, and a nearby Nature Reserve with abundant birdlife. A modern, brand-new gym, where guests can purchase daily tickets to use state-of-the-art equipment, participate in fitness classes, or enjoy a swim in a large heated pool, is also in close proximity. Additionally, guests can indulge in relaxing massages or special beauty treatments at Nirvana, a facility located next to the gym, and The Palms Suites can arrange for these treatments to be provided in the suites at no extra cost beyond Nirvana's standard charges.

Both suites are equipped with suitable glassware for various drinks, crockery, cutlery, a coffee maker with filter coffee, a tea kettle with assorted teas, and a fully stocked small fridge, among other amenities. The curtains have special lining that can create darkness during the day. The beds are covered with the finest 100% cotton and are wired for free, permanent Internet connection. Laptops can be loaned for sending and receiving emails or browsing the Internet, and Skype facilities are available for cost-effective communication with home or office. Each suite also has its own pre-paid telephone with a dedicated number, and fax facilities and a cell phone are available for guests who may have forgotten their own devices.

A healthy and stylishly presented breakfast is served to start the day in the right way, whether guests plan to explore Cape Town or attend to business matters. The breakfast can be enjoyed on the pool terrace, weather permitting, or in the downstairs breakfast room. The suite features a combined lounge, bedroom, adjoining dressing room, large bath with double bath, double-sized shower, bidet, toilet, vanity counter, and balcony.
