The Patch

The Patch is a private, modern garden cottage with a separate entrance that can accommodate two guests on a self-catering basis. It is located in close proximity to the beach and vibrant Camps Bay strip, which offers a variety of shops, sidewalk cafu00e9s, and excellent restaurants, just a five-minute walk away.

The cottage features a bedroom equipped with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The remaining area consists of a kitchenette, a lounge/dining area that seamlessly flows into a patio, the garden, and the pool. Guests have access to amenities such as a smart HDTV with Netflix, free WiFi, and a private automated garage, as well as off-street parking.

The unit is completely detached from the main house on the property, offering privacy and direct access to the garden and pool. When guests are using these outdoor areas, they have them exclusively to themselves, without any disturbance.
