The Patio

The Patio is situated in a quiet upscale area across from the ERPM Golf Course, close to the East Rand Mall, the airport, and all amenities. Many visitors are repeat guests who appreciate the area's private location and the nice garden overlooking the tall trees of the golf course. The Patio is centrally located near many malls, supermarkets, fast-food outlets that deliver, wild waters, restaurants, casinos, cinemas, the large indoor flea market, and the Bokkie & Bird park.

A significant portion of the visitors are temporary workers in the area, conference attendees, or parents from other towns supporting their children in sports events while enjoying a quiet, private stay at low prices, preparing their own meals. The establishment does not allow undesirable persons and has a strict code of conduct to ensure guest privacy and rest.

The Patio provides the following amenities: All flats have their own private braai areas and parking behind high walls and locked gates. All flats are equipped with a refrigerator, stove or hotplate, microwave, TV, kettle, toaster, pots, crockery, eating utensils, and bedding. Towels are an optional extra. One-bedroom units have a double bed or two single beds, a lounge, a large bathroom, and a kitchen. Two-bedroom units have one double bed and two single beds, an open-plan lounge/kitchen, and a large bathroom. The establishment also provides a cot with bedding for those bringing a baby.

A 50% deposit is required when booking, and the balance must be paid in cash before occupation. A refundable R250.00 fee is charged for breakage, damage, or loss. The deposit will be refunded to the guest's bank account after inspection or in cash if cash was paid initially. No occupation or reservations are permitted unless deposits and the full amount are paid and cleared in advance. Companies must supply order numbers or authorization codes.
