The Potbelly Beach House is located in Munster Beach, near the town of Glenmore, in KwaZulu-Natal. It is situated approximately 500 meters from the beach. The area is known for its tranquility and offers a shark-protected surfing beach, as well as various activities for families.

The property requires a refundable deposit of R500, which will be returned if no breakages or damages occur. The double-storey house accommodates 9 guests and features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is equipped with 3 double beds, 3 single beds, and 1 mattress. The house has 1 shower, 1 bath, and 2 toilets.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, oven, cutlery, crockery, pots, and pans. The living room has a TV with a DStv connection point and a DVD player. Guests are required to bring their own smart card and decoder for DStv viewing. Outside, there is a lawn area for children to play and a verandah with a braai area and outdoor furniture. It is important to note that the house has stairs, and sea views are limited. Additionally, the house does not have a fence, but there is an armed response system and an alarm.

While in the area, guests can enjoy whale and dolphin watching, hiking, fishing, and snorkeling on the reef. Guests are responsible for checking the house for any faults or broken windows, light bulbs not working, etc., and reporting them within 24 hours of arrival.
