The property features three distinct self-catering accommodation options. The Stables, overlooking two trout dams with views of the Red Barn, can accommodate 12 adults with flexible bedding configurations. The Homestead, positioned centrally on the farm, combines traditional charm with modern amenities and can house 8 adults in four bedrooms, with an additional couple accommodated in the adjoining Chicken Coop. The newly renovated Dairy Cottage, located 50 meters from Mampuru Dam, is ideal for smaller groups of up to 6 guests.

The venue offers various recreational activities including bass fishing, bird watching, and farm exploration. With panoramic views of the Dullstroom countryside and pristine trout dams, The Red Barn can host groups ranging from 6 to 28 people, making it suitable for both intimate gatherings and larger events.
