The Royal Familia Beach House

The Royal Familia Beach House is situated within the secure Nkwazi Ridge Estate. It is a modern and spacious property that offers an ideal holiday experience for families of all sizes. Guests have access to the estate's tennis court and pool. The estate also provides opportunities for walking or cycling, with supervision required for children riding bikes.

The house is designed for indoor-outdoor living and offers ample private space for guests when needed. The lounge and two bedrooms are equipped with DSTV and smart TVs, while the remaining five bedrooms have smart TVs with open views. A large safe is provided for valuables.

The Royal Familia Beach House features seven bedrooms and five bathrooms, with three bedrooms being en-suite. The double-story home has a bottom floor that opens onto large verandas, a private pool, and grassy play areas. The top floor houses five bedrooms, three of which enjoy balconies. Amenities include a large gas braai, an outdoor charcoal built-in braai, a rim-flow pool (with a net), ample parking space, staff services from Monday to Saturday (optional on Sundays and public holidays), Wi-Fi, DSTV, a pool table, and a bar area.

The sparkling blue pool is equipped with loungers and umbrellas, allowing guests to enjoy the sun or read a book while sipping a glass of wine. The pool and garden are maintained by an on-site gardener. The property is not suitable for small children unless they are closely supervised at all times.
