The Schack

The Schack, a self-catering cottage, is located in Port Edward, a coastal town on the Hibiscus Coast of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. Port Edward was named after the Prince of Wales, who later became King Edward VII. The town features flawless and peaceful beaches that are protected for swimmers.

The cottage features an open-plan layout with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge that leads out onto a balcony. The balcony includes an outdoor table and a braai (barbecue) area. The accommodation contains a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub.

Fishing is a popular sport in Port Edward, with opportunities available in the gullies, rocks, surf, river, and lagoon, offering a wealth of angling experiences. Additionally, ski boat launches from the main beach provide thrilling spectacles for onlookers as the boats launch and land while navigating the rough surf.
