The Shores 12 is a comfortable ground-floor apartment located in Ramsgate, a quaint seaside village on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal. It consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with the main being en-suite, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and laundry facilities, an open-plan living area with DStv and air-conditioning in all rooms. The complex features a swimming pool and braai facilities for all guests.

From the covered patio, one can walk onto a grassy area which is perfect for a game or simply an uninterrupted opportunity to relax. The apartment is situated just 30 metres away from a magnificent unspoilt beach, which includes a lagoon, rock pools and a tidal pool, making it ideal for families with young children.

For nature enthusiasts, there are several nature reserves in the vicinity of Ramsgate, such as the Oribi Gorge Nature Reserve, offering spectacular views and a wide variety of bird species to observe. Ramsgate offers various attractions and activities, including fabulous beaches, a casino, a crocodile farm, boat trips, fishing, golf, hiking, horse riding and scuba diving.

Guests can enjoy romantic sundowners on the unspoilt beach just metres away from the front door. The area features two great golf courses, namely the Southbroom Golf Course and the San Lameer Golf Course. The small, safe complex features an enclosed pool which is great for children. The proximity to the beach, lagoon, tidal pool and rock pools makes it an ideal location to explore with children. Being on the ground floor, the apartment offers a grassy patch where children can play.

The comfortably furnished self-catering apartment comprises three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom features a queen-size bed, a full en-suite bathroom, adequate cupboard space and an electronic safe. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a dressing table and ample cupboard space. The third bedroom has two single beds, and these two bedrooms share the family bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and air-conditioners. This is a non-smoking apartment.
