The Slumber Thatch is a self-catering establishment located in Murrayfield, East Pretoria. It consists of a well-appointed and comfortable garden studio and a main house. The garden studio is fully furnished and features a queen-size bed, a three-quarter bed, a spacious en-suite bathroom with a large shower, and a fully-equipped kitchenette with a breakfast table on the veranda. The main house can accommodate up to three guests with an inflatable mattress available for a fourth person. It also has an en-suite bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchenette.

The establishment offers a healthy self-serve breakfast, lunches, dinners, and snacks at an additional fee. The swimming pool, braai area, and lapa serve as additional amenities to make guests' holidays exciting and memorable. The property features tranquil gardens, a park with a children's playground, and a river. It is surrounded by big trees, various bird varieties, and small wild animals, providing a safe environment for walking and cycling.

The Slumber Thatch is conveniently located close to various places of interest. Additionally, it has a Backpackers room located in the main house, accessible from the outside. This room can accommodate three people in one three-quarter bed and two in two single bunk beds, with the option of accommodating a fourth person on an inflatable mattress on the floor.
