The Stables is a large self-catering house located on a secure equine estate in the beautiful, forest-rich valley of Hout Bay. The property offers breathtaking panoramic views. It is a three-bedroom house of 156 square meters, comprising an informal sunroom that leads out onto the entertainment/braai area. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a bar counter into the dining area, and the large formal lounge leads onto the sprawling garden. There is an entrance hall which can also be used as an office. The house features a yoga and pilates studio as well as a swimming pool.

The house can accommodate up to three adults and one child, or two adults and two children, and is ideally suited for travelling families. It is situated close to all amenities and approximately 20 kilometers from Cape Town, making it a nature lover's dream home with a spacious entertainment area. The house is comfortably furnished, with three bedrooms furnished with comfortable single, double, and queen-size beds. A full bathroom is shared, and guests can also make use of the outdoor shower and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, and the unit has a TV with DStv as well as Wi-Fi access. Guests can also make use of the swimming pool.
