The Stables Self-Catering Accommodation is a private venue that accepts only one booking or group at a time, and allows pets. It is situated on a working farm, 14 km from Modimolle, at the foot of the Waterberg. The accommodation comprises five rooms that were previously horse stables and can accommodate a group of ten people.

The rooms are furnished with double beds or single beds, sharing the use of two bathrooms with showers. The kitchen, located on the undercover patio, is equipped with a two-plate gas stove, microwave, fridge, and tea and coffee facilities. Guests can enjoy their meals at the dining table and relax in the lounge area. Braai facilities are available in the boma, and firewood is available at an additional cost.

The farmyard is full of life, and guests will experience the morning call of a rooster. Three dams offer kurpers, black bass, and carp for fishing on a catch-and-release basis. Birders can view over 200 bird species, including the fish eagle and many waterfowl. A variety of wild game, such as impalas, kudus, zebras, nyalas, blesboks, and bush pigs, can be seen, and guests may even be treated to the sighting of a stray leopard and various other smaller animals.

Modimolle lies northeast of Bela-Bela, approximately two hours from Johannesburg, in the midst of the Waterberg. The accommodation comprises five rooms furnished with double beds or twin beds, and the rooms share two bathrooms fitted with showers. The kitchen on the undercover patio is equipped with a two-plate gas stove, and braai facilities are available in the boma.
