The Tin Shack is a newly-built establishment located in the exclusive Marina Village, in close proximity to the canals with canal access and slipway facilities. It offers a unique selection of accommodation types. The main accommodation, called Shack-up, consists of four double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, two of which have additional loft areas to accommodate children. There is a large communal lounge and kitchen area, and the loft rooms are equipped with televisions.

Another accommodation option is Little Shack, a self-contained unit suitable for families, featuring a large double bedroom and a separate, spacious loft area. Both Shack-up and Little Shack provide fully equipped kitchens, DVD players, televisions, braai facilities, and the use of a canoe. Arrangements can be made for mooring boats. All accommodations come with linens and towels provided, and guests only need to bring themselves, food, and a positive attitude.

Children are welcome, and pets may be allowed upon request. The establishment is within walking distance of the Kromme River and a short trek from the beach. However, guests can also enjoy swimming in the canals. Additionally, conferencing facilities are available for up to 15 people.
