The Trout And Butterfly is located in the Eastern Highlands of Mpumalanga, offering an exclusive home from home experience in the popular fishing village of Dullstroom. It is set in a large garden featuring indigenous vegetation and well-established fruit trees. The accommodation comprises of four bedrooms, two double and two single, all en-suite with under-floor heating.

The open plan lounge and dining room area feature under-floor heating and a fireplace, perfect for chilly Dullstroom evenings. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, chest freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster. There is a separate scullery and pantry with a double wash-up area and a dishwasher.

The property ensures complete privacy and protection from the elements with a large enclosed courtyard, accessed from the kitchen and dining room. The courtyard features a built-in braai, paved patio area, and secluded garden.

The Trout and Butterfly is located within walking distance of the Dullstroom dam and several popular eateries and pubs, approximately a two and a half hours drive from Johannesburg. It is the ideal destination for a well-deserved break and is pet-friendly and wheelchair accessible.

The accommodation requires a minimum of four guests to book the entire house. Bedroom one is a spacious queen bedded room with an en-suite bathroom featuring a large octagonal bath set in a bay window, glass bay doors opening onto a private patio, generous cupboard space, an electronic safe, and under-floor heating. Bedrooms two and four have twin beds, en-suite bathrooms with atrium showers, glass bay doors opening onto private patios, and oil-based heaters. Bedroom three has a spacious queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a double atrium shower, his and hers vanity, generous cupboard space, under-floor heating, and a dressing table with external double doors opening onto the enclosed courtyard.
