The Ultimate Lodge

The Ultimate Lodge is a warm and comfortable accommodation option for guests and their pets, offering friendly service. It is committed to creating memorable experiences for guests in its splendid setting atop the Soutpansberg Mountain Range, with stunning views of the mountains. The lodge's bedrooms are individually decorated with careful attention to detail. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, tea and coffee facilities, fridges, TVs with 66 HD DStv channels, heaters, and air conditioning.

The accommodation options at The Ultimate Lodge include 3 double rooms (with double or twin beds), 2 semi-family rooms (with 1 double and 1 single bed), 5 family rooms (sleeping from four to eight people), 3 semi-self-catering cottages with fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, cutlery, and crockery (sleeping 4/5), 1 cottage with a fireplace, and 1 fully self-catering cottage with a braai on the veranda (sleeping up to 5). Free Wi-Fi is available.

The lodge has an open restaurant from 6:30 am to 9 pm daily, offering breakfasts and an u00e0 la carte menu with good, tasty, and wholesome meals. The bar and crackling fireplaces are sure to warm the coldest traveler. Children are welcome, with a children's play park, a nine-hole Putt-Putt course, a pool table, and darts to keep them entertained. Camping cots are available for babies upon request, and a babysitter can be arranged for a fee.

The Ultimate Guesthouse can accommodate up to 60 people for conferences (with equipment such as a data projector), workshops, team building activities (volleyball, badminton), weddings, and other functions. It has beautiful gardens suitable for photography and conference equipment like a flip chart and overhead projector.

The lodge has 23 hectares of land, a sparkling swimming pool, a thatched outdoor area for relaxation, a walking trail ideal for bird watching, ample space for quad biking and mountain biking, and a camping site with ablutions and a barbeque area for 4x4s and tents. It is pet-friendly and has a 64 KVA generator in case of power outages. Safe and secure parking is available with a security guard from 6 pm to 6 am.

The Berg Cottage is a fully self-catering cottage with two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), two en-suite bathrooms, a living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private veranda with a braai stand. The living area and each room have a TV with Hotel DStv.
