The Waterfront Guest House is a luxury, self-catering, air-conditioned accommodation graded with 5 stars by the Tourism Council of South Africa. It is located on the waterfront at Port Owen Marina, 140 km from Cape Town, on the Cape West Coast, near Velddrif. The Guest House is situated alongside Dolphin Place Guesthouse.

This sophisticated and comfortable waterside retreat does not experience load shedding as it utilizes solar power and a UPS system, showcasing its commitment to caring for guests and the environment. The Guest House offers superior accommodation, with appealing living rooms and delightful marina views. It provides every convenience in abundance.

The Guest House has three bedrooms equipped with extra-long king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, two of which feature spa baths. Additionally, there are two bedrooms furnished with two single beds each, along with their own bathrooms. The single beds can be converted into king-size beds to accommodate guests' needs. Cutlery, crockery, glassware, towels, and linen are provided.

The braai area is designed for ultimate indoor and outdoor entertainment, featuring gas or wood braais and a pizza oven. The Waterfront features a fully equipped kitchen with four fridge-freezers, a kettle, gas hob, eye-level ovens, two dishwashers, air fryers, a microwave, and laundry facilities. The property also includes a large splash pool and an indoor gym.

A lock-up garage is available, and the property is fully fenced with beam alarms, providing a secure, child and pet-friendly environment. By prior arrangement, the Guest House can accommodate guests with boats by offering a berth. Small or large groups are welcome, and children are also welcome. Prior arrangements with management are necessary to accommodate pets.
