The property seamlessly integrates with the surrounding water, allowing guests to moor their boats in front of the house when the lagoon is full, or engage in activities such as canoeing, jet-skiing, and water-skiing, following the appropriate rules and obtaining permission from the ski-boat club.

The owners have meticulously furnished the home to ensure a hassle-free and relaxing holiday experience. Amenities include a beautiful netted pool off the front deck, a Weber grill, and a stainless steel charcoal braai for traditional South African braai enthusiasts.

The well-equipped house can accommodate up to 24 people, with four en-suite bedrooms for eight adults and two dormitories that can accommodate eight children each (maximum of eight adults and 16 children under 12). This arrangement makes it an ideal destination for three families or three generations to vacation together. The front of the house features a large veranda with ample furnishings and a dining room table for al-fresco meals. Stacking doors, remote-controlled shutters, and screens provide privacy and protection from the elements.

The spacious open-plan living area comprises a lounge, TV lounge, and a beautiful kitchen equipped with a large double-door fridge/freezer, gas hob, a separate scullery with a dishwasher, and a laundry area with a washing machine and tumble dryer. An additional bar fridge is provided. The house also offers fully activated DSTV, Wi-Fi access, servicing, an inverter, and a generator.

The sleeping facilities include two main bedrooms with magnificent ocean and lagoon views, one of which has a private lounge that can be closed off from the rest of the house.
