Thesen Island Holiday House is a luxury accommodation located in the multi-award-winning marina development on Thesen Islands, situated within the scenic Knysna estuary along the renowned "Garden Route". The town of Knysna is renowned for its natural beauty, lush forests, sandy beaches, and interesting history, making it one of the country's most popular holiday destinations.

The air-conditioned holiday house features two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, scullery, single garage, and a patio directly overlooking the canal. The house comfortably accommodates four people, with two guests per bedroom. It features luxury finishes throughout and is fully serviced on a weekly basis. Uncapped Wi-Fi internet access is also provided.

The living room leads directly onto a waterside deck and the house's private jetty, where power boats up to 7 meters in length can be moored. The house is fully equipped with every conceivable requirement to ensure a comfortable stay. The kitchen includes a microwave oven, convection oven, glass hob, cooker hood, refrigerator with freezer, and all necessary crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans, kettle, toaster, iron, and ironing board. A coffee machine is available, and guests are welcome to bring their own coffee capsules. The scullery is equipped with a double sink, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer.

The dining area features a six-seater table with chairs and glass doors that open onto a patio with a built-in barbecue for al fresco dining. The living room's sofas and chairs provide comfortable seating for four to six people, where they can enjoy watching television with DStv or their own DVDs. Alternatively, guests can turn on the sound system and enjoy the excellent views of the lagoon from the living room or the deck. The garage, with its electronically operated door, has room for one car.

The holiday house is equipped with solar panels, an inverter, and a battery backup for electricity reserves during rolling blackouts. It also features a gas water heating system to ensure warm water availability around the clock.
