Tigh-Na-Breagha

Tigh-Na-Breagha is a property owned by a South African-Scottish couple. The name, which means "House of Beauty" in Gaelic, was chosen to commemorate their free-spirited border collie Breagha who came from the Scottish island of Barra. The house is situated in the upper village, next to a small organic farm, and has a countryside ambiance while being in close proximity to village amenities.

The house features a beautiful flow, with the living area and kitchen opening onto a shaded stoep that offers magnificent views of a well-tended garden and the Langeberg mountains in the distance. It features a stylish Karoo-style pool (5mx3m) finished with Moroccan tiles, as well as a winter stoep that benefits from the winter sun.

The large, bright kitchen is equipped with a La Germania gas range oven and is a wonderful space for cooking. It opens onto a 6-seater dining table and a comfortable lounge with an adobe fireplace. There is a television with Netflix and complimentary WIFI.

The house has two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, a dressing area, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed, child-size bunk beds, and is adjacent to a shower room and toilet.
