Timbila Safari Lodge

Timbila Safari Lodge is a luxury eco-tourism property situated 60 km from Omaruru in Namibia's Erongo Region, bordering north of Erindi. The lodge is part of the 33,500-hectare TimBila Nature Reserve, managed by the Naankuse Foundation, and is dedicated to wildlife conservation and human-wildlife conflict mitigation.

Set into the slope of the Osera mountain, the main lodge features 12 spacious tented suites, each equipped with wood-fired hot tubs, outdoor stargazing beds, and binoculars for viewing the expansive plains below. The interiors have been thoughtfully curated to reflect the reserve's conservation story and commitment to providing second chances for wildlife.

The property includes several accommodation options. The TimBila Private Villa offers five safari-chic styled bedrooms overlooking a waterhole, complete with sunken lounges, multiple dining areas, and a swimming pool. Camp Namibia provides 12 en-suite self-catering tents and 4 campsites along the Omaruru riverbank, while the TimBila Farmstead offers a unique luxury farm experience.

Facilities at the lodge include a wellness centre featuring Rose Quartz chandeliers and traditional Namibian treatments, a restaurant serving locally-sourced ingredients, and various viewing areas for enjoying the Thornbush Savannah landscape.
