Tlopi Tented Camp Marakele National Park Sanparks

The Tlopi Tented Camp is located in the Marakele National Park, situated in the heart of the Waterberg Mountains in South Africa. The Tswana name "Marakele" suggests that the park has become a sanctuary for an impressive variety of wildlife due to its location in the transitional zone between the dry western and moister eastern regions of the country. The park is characterized by contrasting majestic mountain landscapes, grass-clad hills, and deep valleys.

The Tlopi Tented Camp features two bathrooms, each equipped with a toilet and shower. It has two bedrooms with one double bed each and two bedrooms with two single beds each. The camp is located 27 kilometers from the gate and can be accessed with 4x4 or 2x4 vehicles with differential locks. Amenities include a braai area, limited DSTV channels, fans, a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge area, a veranda, and a non-smoking policy.

It is important to note that the rates displayed are the base rates for one or two adults. Additional charges will apply for additional adults and children. The rates exclude the compulsory SANParks community levy, which will be included in the quote. The SANParks daily conservation fees are not included in the rates and are payable upon arrival at the camp.
