Tobie, Sea and Mountain Views is a holiday house situated in the charming seaside town of Betty's Bay. The house has four bedrooms and a bunkroom, together accommodating 11 guests, as well as three bathrooms. When booking, guests are required to provide the full number of guests, including children over 2 years old, under the "adults" category. The living area consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a large dining table, a lounge with a large indoor fireplace and television, and wrap-around verandas overlooking the outstanding mountain and sea views.

The house offers guests Wi-Fi Internet access, braai facilities, and parking on the premises. Children under the age of 2 years old are free. Betty's Bay has an abundance of stunning attractions in and around the area, including the Betty's Bay Marine Protected Area, the Harold Porter Botanical Gardens, and the Stony Point Penguin Colony. Additionally, a breakage/loss deposit of R2 000 may be charged, which will be repaid within 14 days of the last day of the rental, minus the 8% SafariNow fee and any breakage/losses. If the damage/losses exceed R2 000, the owners reserve the right to claim the additional amount from the guests.

If there are only two guests, an unnecessary wing of the accommodation can be closed off with one door. The house has a total of 12 beds, with 8 beds located at the main house level, and 4 bunk beds in a separate bunkroom downstairs (accessible via an outside staircase) for the children. There is a lovely grassed games court and games for many hours of family fun. The beach beyond Melkbos forest and stream is just a 2-minute walk away, offering safe swimming in a rock-protected bay. Guests can enjoy a 10-minute beach stroll to Bettys Bay Main Beach for surfing or bodyboarding, or a fresh water swim in nearby Bass Lake.
