Tranquility Heights

Tranquility Heights is a fully equipped, modern, off-the-grid home situated on 21 hectares of pristine Fynbos in the Kogelberg Biosphere mountains, just outside of Pringle Bay. It offers a secluded and tranquil setting in magnificent surroundings. The property has a fully equipped kitchen, scullery, and kitchenette, allowing for comfortable indoor living on windy days and outdoor patio living on calm days.

The house has four bedrooms that can accommodate up to eight guests. Two of the bedrooms are en-suite, and there is a large shower room for the remaining two bedrooms. All bedrooms are furnished with quality linen, towels, and extra blankets. The house is designed to accommodate smaller groups as well, with the option to reduce the number of available rooms for a romantic getaway for two.

While there is no television, the property offers uncapped Wi-Fi and a TV with a DVD player for rainy days. The house is fully alarmed and secure, ensuring a peaceful and safe stay. Guests can explore the surrounding Brodie Link Nature Reserve, which is part of the UNESCO World Heritage site, and enjoy unique plant and animal life.

The property is conveniently located near the towns of Rooi Els, Pringle Bay, and Bettys Bay, offering access to various activities such as hiking, whale watching, mountain biking, surfing, shopping, and dining. Hermanus is also within a 40-minute drive, providing additional recreational opportunities.

For larger groups of up to eight guests, the home consists of two main en-suite bedrooms with queen-size beds and luxury baths and showers. There is also a kids' bedroom with a loft and bunk bed, and a front room with two single beds sharing a shower and toilet with the loft bedroom. All rooms are equipped with quality towels, linen, and blankets. An additional kitchenette and lounge area are available for larger groups.

The house features a large patio with outdoor furniture, a built-in braai, and a Weber grill for outdoor living. Guests have full access to the 21-hectare property, providing opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, and other outdoor activities.
