The Milkwood apartment spans 72m² and accommodates two guests, featuring a private entrance, open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area that opens onto a covered patio. The main bedroom includes a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. A notable feature is the garden with a fire pit, which is pet-friendly.

The larger Yellowwood apartment, at 96m², accommodates four guests and includes a private entrance, open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area. It offers a queen-size bed in the main bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom, plus an additional small bed suitable for a young child. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.

Both units feature modern amenities including smart TVs with streaming services, fully equipped kitchens, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The property is equipped with backup batteries and inverters to ensure uninterrupted power supply. Units are serviced twice weekly with towel changes, and additional housekeeping is available upon request.
