Tsitsikamma On Sea

Tsitsikamma On Sea is an exclusive estate located 100 meters above 3 kilometers of rugged private coastline and nature reserve adjacent to the Tsitsikamma National Forest. It offers spectacular views of the Indian Ocean and surrounding mountains, with sunrises and sunsets over the ocean during the summer months.

The elegantly appointed suites reflect a relaxed African and wildlife ambiance, featuring spectacular ocean views ranging from Cape St Francis in the east to Plettenberg Bay in the west. The estate comprises six private suites: the Grande Suite, Master Suite, Ocean Suite, East Suite, South Suite, and West Suite. Each unit has a private balcony, allowing for intimate and romantic dining while taking in the breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean.

A freshwater lake feeds a 60-meter waterfall that cascades into the ocean. In the adjacent cove, whales come to calve and are often visible from the suite balconies and the dinner patio. Guests can enjoy a traditional South African breakfast buffet or opt for a more private patio sunrise breakfast. Dining options include the lounge, the expansive ocean view patio, or private settings. Additionally, guests can experience a traditional South African braai (barbecue) on the sun deck, or request u00e0 la carte picnics or hiking packs to cater to their outdoor adventures.

The East Suite features a queen-size bed, an oversized tub, and a private balcony, offering ocean views to the east and south, similar to the Grande Suite. It has a second bedroom, which serves as a vestibule or loft area with twin beds.
