Tswehe Wildlife Reserve is an exclusive off-the-grid wilderness retreat situated on a private reserve along the Botswana-South Africa border. The property features five rustic yet refined tented accommodations, each designed to host two guests, with the option to accommodate an additional six people upon request. The entire camp can be reserved for groups of up to ten persons.
Each tented unit is thoughtfully furnished with twin beds, premium linens, a luggage rack, and an outdoor deck complete with a hammock and seating area. The camp operates on solar power and provides communal bathroom facilities with outdoor showers and toilets, while the Family Units share a dedicated bathroom featuring a flush toilet and bucket shower heated by a donkey boiler.
The camp's facilities include a fully-equipped communal kitchen for self-catering, an outdoor splash pool, and a unique underground hide-away cellar for wildlife observation. Guests have the option to purchase firewood on-site or arrange for the services of a chef. The reserve's location, just 10 kilometers from the Platjan Border Control, makes it easily accessible while maintaining its remote wilderness appeal.
