Tumbili Lodge is a newly renovated self-catering accommodation located in the greater Mabalingwe Reserve, a malaria-free area in the Limpopo province, near Bela Bela. The reserve is home to the Big Five, with the exception of the lions, which are housed in a separate, large, safely fenced-off area known as the predator center. Over 36 game species and 250 bird species can be found within the reserve.

The lodge can accommodate 10 adults and two children, featuring five en-suite double air-conditioned bedrooms. It is a single-story property with a fully-equipped kitchen for self-catering purposes, including a microwave, an electric oven, a gas stove, a fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery. Additionally, the scullery is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer.

The spacious open-plan area consists of a dining area, sitting area, and bar area. A fireplace and indoor braai (barbecue) are also available. The lodge has a pool with a safety net. Tumbili Lodge is a fully equipped, serviced self-catering lodge that can sleep 10 adults and 2 children in 5 en-suite double bedrooms and one bunk bed in the family room. Full DStv (satellite TV) service is provided, and the lodge is serviced once a day.

Tumbili Lodge is approximately two hours' drive from OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg and about an hour and 30 minutes from Pretoria via the N1 to Polokwane. The lodge is an ideal family getaway for nature lovers, offering the opportunity to rest, rejuvenate, and enjoy the beauty of the African bush while spending a few days in this quiet wildlife sanctuary.
