This garden flat features a private wooden deck and dedicated entrance, with secure off-street parking protected by palisade fencing and remote-controlled gate access. The open-plan living space accommodates up to four guests, furnished with one king bed and two single beds. Entertainment amenities include a flat-screen television with full DSTV package and wireless internet connectivity.

The separate kitchenette comes fully equipped with modern appliances including a stove, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, and microwave oven. Additional conveniences include an iron with ironing board and complimentary tea and coffee facilities.

The spacious bathroom features both a free-standing bath and separate shower, with bath towels and toiletries provided. The unit is climate-controlled with an air conditioner. For larger groups of up to six guests, an additional room can be made available upon request.
