Umzolozolo Lodge

The Umzolozolo Lodge is situated in the heart of the Kwa Zulu Natal midlands. It is located 3.5 hours away from Johannesburg, 2.5 hours from Durban, and 40 minutes from the Drakensberg. This malaria-free area provides an unrivaled safari experience with the opportunity to view Africa's Big Five, including cheetahs.

Umzolozolo is a small, privately-owned lodge, allowing guests to enjoy the splendor of the reserve in near solitude. Experienced trackers and game rangers accompany visitors on game drives in open land rovers, tracking the Big Five and sharing their extensive knowledge of the surrounding wildlife.

Children aged 0 to 3 years old stay free, while those aged 4 to 12 years old are charged R 1440.00. Full adult rates apply for children aged 13 and above.
