Umzumbe Chalet No 43 is located in the seaside village of Umzumbe. The chalet is situated on picturesque hills in the countryside, offering breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. It provides self-catering accommodation that offers a regenerating experience for the mind, body, and soul.

The chalet features three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, side table, reading light, and a gorgeous sea view. The two single bedrooms each have two beds. It has a well-equipped kitchen and braai facilities on a spacious balcony with panoramic sea views. The open-plan lounge and dining area can accommodate six people and includes a television. DSTV satellite is available; guests need to bring their own single-view decoder, DSTV card, cables, and remote. An outdoor table and chairs are provided on the balcony.

The chalet offers safe, under-roof parking for one vehicle. Washing facilities are available on the resort grounds, and each chalet has a washing line. The chalets are serviced daily, except on Sundays, by friendly cleaning staff who make the beds, clean the chalet and braai area, and wash the dishes.

In November 2008, a recreational area was unveiled, featuring a gym, steam bath facilities, a games room, sports bar, and a coffee shop serving freshly baked scones, light lunches, home-cooked dinners, and a wide variety of takeaways. The chalet's unique surroundings offer a relaxing, stress-free lifestyle and opportunities for exploration, contributing to a memorable Umzumbe experience.
