The property features one main house with five bedrooms, two showers (one of which is outdoors), three toilets, a kitchen, cleaning services, laundry facilities, and 650 square meters of land suitable for camping, various activities, and beach-front access to Umzumbe Beach. It is exclusively located in a tropical bush setting with direct access to Umzumbe's stunning blue-flagged beach and famous right-hand point break, making it a surfer's and beach lover's paradise.

The Surf House offers surf lessons, surf rentals, and guided surf trips on a daily basis. The staff and owners are known for providing friendly customer service and hospitality. The large beachfront property is surrounded by natural coastal forest teeming with life, granting direct access to Umzumbe's pristine beach.

The Beach Front Bungalow is a luxury surf shack that includes a kitchen, toilet, outside shower, an upstairs bedroom that sleeps two, and a downstairs sleeper couch that accommodates two additional guests.
