Unit 1 @ Springvale Complex, Zinkwazi Beach

Approximately 100 meters from the sea and sandy beach, Unit 1 is situated within the small Springvale complex, which comprises only four units. The unit is well-equipped, neat, and clean. It features a spacious veranda for outdoor living. Inside, there is an open-plan lounge, dining room, and kitchen area.

The kitchen is furnished with refrigerators, freezers, a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all necessary crockery and cutlery. Braai facilities include a Weber grill. The pool area is fenced and gated. DSTV is provided, and capped Wi-Fi is available with the option to upgrade. Laundry facilities consist of a washing machine and tumble dryer. A gas bottle with a cooker top and rechargeable lights are also provided.

The unit accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms, serviced by three bathrooms. All linen, towels, and beach towels are supplied. Each bedroom features large built-in cupboards, hangers, and ceiling fans. The downstairs bedroom has two single beds, and the downstairs bathroom includes a basin, toilet, and shower. Upstairs, there are two double beds and two single beds across three bedrooms. Two bathrooms are located upstairs, one with a shower, toilet, and basin, and the other with a bath, toilet, and basin. All upstairs bedrooms open onto a balcony overlooking the pool.

The unit is situated across the road from the beach, providing easy access. It is a short walk to the main beach area. The complex is walled and gated, and the unit has security gates on all windows and doors. Each unit has one garage and one open parking space. Service providers maintain the pool and garden, but the unit is not serviced; guests may book a maid through local cleaning agencies.

Please note that the unit only caters to "nucleus" family holidays and does not accept groups of adults or any functions. Pets are not allowed. An additional breakage deposit of 10% of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, is required and refundable if there are no breakages. During peak season (December and January), minimum stay requirements apply, and longer stays may be required if the booking includes Christmas and/or New Year's periods.
