Unit 2 @ Springvale Complex, Zinkwazi

Unit 2 is situated at the Springvale Complex in Zinkwazi, approximately 100 meters from the sea and sand. The complex is small, consisting of only four units. Unit 2 is well-equipped, neat, and clean. It features a spacious, covered veranda for outdoor living.

Inside, there is an open-plan lounge, dining room, and kitchen area. The kitchen is furnished with fridge/freezers, a hob, eye-level oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, crockery, and cutlery. Braai facilities include a Webber braai. The pool area is fenced and gated. Wi-Fi and DSTV are provided. Laundry facilities consist of a washing machine and tumble dryer. Additionally, a gas bottle with a cooker top and rechargeable lights are supplied.

Unit 2 can accommodate eight people across four bedrooms, serviced by three bathrooms. All linen, beach towels, and bath towels are provided. Each bedroom features large built-in cupboards, hangers, and ceiling fans. The first bedroom is located downstairs and has a double bed, while the downstairs bathroom includes a basin, toilet, and shower. Upstairs, there are three additional bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. The two upstairs bathrooms have a shower, toilet, and basin in one, and a bath, toilet, and basin in the other. All upstairs bedrooms open onto a balcony overlooking the pool.

The unit is situated across the road from the beach, with an easy walk to the main beach area. The complex is walled and gated, and the unit has security gates on all windows and doors. Each unit has a garage and one open parking space. Service providers maintain the pool and garden, but the unit itself is not serviced; guests need to book a maid through local cleaning agencies.

Certain restrictions apply: no groups of adults are allowed, as the unit caters exclusively for "nucleus" family holidays; no functions of any kind are permitted, and no pets are allowed. An additional breakage deposit of 10% of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, is required and refundable if there are no breakages. During peak season (December and January), minimum booking requirements and lengths of stay apply, including a 14-night minimum stay for bookings spanning Christmas and New Year, or 10 nights if including only Christmas or New Year.
