Unit 4 @ Springvale Complex, Zinkwazi

Approximately 100 meters from the sea and sandy beach, Unit 4 is located in the small Springvale complex, consisting of only four units. This particular unit is well-equipped, neat, and clean. It features a spacious, covered veranda for outdoor living. The interior layout includes an open-plan lounge, dining room, and kitchen area.

The kitchen is furnished with two refrigerator/freezers, a stove, an eye-level oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, and all necessary crockery and cutlery. Braai facilities include a Weber grill and a built-in charcoal braai. The pool area is fenced and gated. DSTV and Wi-Fi with a 10GB cap are provided.

Laundry amenities consist of a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The unit accommodates up to ten people in four bedrooms, catering primarily to families with a maximum of six adults and four children under the age of ten. All linens, towels, and beach towels are supplied. Each bedroom features spacious built-in cupboards, hangers, and ceiling fans.

On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, and basin. Upstairs, there are three additional bedrooms: one with a queen-sized bed, one with a double bed, and one with two bunk beds. The upstairs area also includes two bathrooms, one with a shower, toilet, and basin, and the other with a bathtub, toilet, and basin. All upstairs bedrooms open onto a balcony overlooking the pool.

The unit is situated across the road from the beach, making it an easy walk to the main beach area. The complex is walled and gated, and the unit itself has security gates on all windows and doors. Each unit has a garage and one open parking space. Service providers maintain the pool and garden, but the unit is not serviced, and guests must book a maid through local cleaning agencies.

Please note that the unit strictly prohibits groups of adults and caters exclusively to "nucleus" family holidays. No functions of any kind are permitted, and pets are not allowed. An additional breakage deposit of 10% of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, is required and refundable if there are no breakages.

During the peak season (December and January), specific minimum stay requirements apply. For bookings that include both Christmas and New Year's, the minimum stay is 14 nights. For bookings including only Christmas, the minimum stay is 10 nights, and the stay cannot extend beyond December 27th or 28th. For bookings including only New Year's, the minimum stay is 10 nights, and the stay cannot begin earlier than December 27th or 28th. Shorter stays before and after this period (minimum of 5-7 nights) may be considered once the owner has secured their primary bookings.
