The Utopia Guest House is a newly built accommodation facility that offers quality lodging in Alberante. It was completed in 2021, ushering in a new era of comfortable accommodation for both leisure and business travelers. The guest house prides itself on providing hospitality, warmth, and tranquility for its guests.

Utopia Guest House is owned and operated by Candice and James Phillips, who are dedicated to ensuring that each guest's stay is smooth and relaxing. The property features secure parking, an alarm system, electric fencing, and beams linked to a rapid security company for the safety of guests. It is situated in a well-enclosed boomed area.

The guest house offers three fully equipped flats, each named after an element of the universe: Flat 1 WATER BLUE, Flat 2 EARTH GREEN, and Flat 3 FIRE RED. The flats were designed with a theme of "Perfect Harmony" in mind, featuring neutral colors like greys and whites, as well as accents inspired by their respective elements. All flats are modern, beautiful, and clean, suitable for various occasions.

Amenities included in each flat are a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with a double bed and ample storage space, a comfortable lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a patio with greenery, a smart TV with Netflix and DSTV, free Wi-Fi access, and climate control features such as fans, air conditioning, and heating.

Utopia Guest House takes pride in its commitment to exceptional service, total transparency, quality management, hygiene, and safety.
